The GT Cup Championship’s unique group structure and points scoring system ensures that drivers from any group have the opportunity to become the overall GT Cup Champion, while also competing for individual honours within their respective groups. Podium Celebrations: After each race, group winners are celebrated with a bottle of bubbly and Pirelli winners’ caps on the circuit podium. Additional awards, including Driver of the Day and Team of the Weekend , reflect the inclusive and supportive spirit of the GT Cup. Championship Awards Night: At the end of the season, the GT Cup community gathers in a destination city to celebrate at the Championship Awards Night . This prestigious evening features fine dining, entertainment, and a focus on recognizing the season’s champions, as well as individuals and teams who have made exceptional contributions. Special Awards: * Sprint Challenge Cup and Sporting Challenge Cup: Celebrate the achievements of sporting drivers throughout the season. * Sparkies Cup: Named in honour of GT Cup founder Marc Haynes, this annual award is given to the individual or team that best embodies the true spirit of the championship.
